We require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as courtesy to our Stylists and other clients waiting for appointments. Please note there is a cancellation fee of 50% treatment cost if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Full payment is required for cancellations within 24 hours.

Please arrive in good time for your treatment to enable us to take your details whilst you enjoy refreshments. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times. A non refundable deposit may be required for treatments of over 2 hours.

Selected treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment. To comply with our insurance and health and safety regulations under no circumstances will the treatment go ahead without this being completed. Treatments may be cancelled if there is no record of a patch test.

Please inform us of any medical conditions you may have including pregnancy at the time of booking as some treatments may not be appropriate to you.
